Integration

Zoho, set up around how you actually sell.

Most Zoho problems are not Zoho problems. They are a default pipeline nobody changed, modules nobody opens, duplicate contacts nobody trusts, and no one inside the business who owns the system. We fix those, and we set up new instances so they do not end up that way.

Fixing the instance you already have

Most of the demand here is rescue work rather than fresh installs. We audit what is actually configured: pipeline stages against your real sales process, roles and profiles against who should see what, duplicate and orphaned records, modules you pay for and never open, and the licensing model you ended up on.

You get a written findings list with what is worth fixing first, and what is not worth fixing at all.

Custom work inside Zoho, and outside it

Deluge scripting, custom functions, Blueprint workflows, custom modules and fields, and Creator apps where a process does not fit any standard module.

Then the part most setups skip entirely: connecting Zoho to the systems that are not Zoho. That includes your phone system, so calls log against the right contact without anyone typing them in, and your accounting, so invoices and payments are not being rekeyed by hand.

When Zoho is the wrong choice

If your team is marketing led and lives in email sequences, HubSpot will make them happier. If nobody internally is going to own the system, no amount of configuration will rescue it. If your requirements are genuinely enterprise revenue operations, Zoho will fight you the whole way.

We would rather say that in the first call than three months into an implementation you are already paying for.
