E-Invoicing Bridge turns PrestaShop invoices into legally structured e-invoices and transmits them to the platform each country requires. It is built around Peppol and several national platforms rather than a single market, so one module covers merchants invoicing into France, Belgium, Poland and Germany.
Mandates arrive on different dates in different countries. Adding a country here means adding a transport connector, not replacing the way your store issues invoices.
What It Produces
Factur-X Invoices
PDF/A-3 documents with CII XML embedded on the EN16931 profile, so a single file is readable by a person and by a machine.
UBL 2.1 Output
Structured UBL where the receiving platform or the buyer expects that format instead, with credit notes linked to the invoice they correct.
Legal Archive
Every issued document stored with an integrity hash and a retention period you configure, rather than regenerated on demand.
Transmission Connectors
Each platform is handled as its own transport adapter, so a merchant buys only the routes they actually invoice through.
French Approved Platform
Submission to the approved platform over its REST interface, for merchants invoicing French business customers.
Peppol Access Point
Delivery over the Peppol network, used in Belgium and in the other countries that have standardised on it.
KSeF for Poland
Submission to the Polish national system for merchants issuing invoices to Polish buyers.
ZUGFeRD for Germany
ZUGFeRD output for German recipients who expect that format rather than a transmitted document.
E-Reporting Export
Export for B2C and cross-border sales in France, as CSV or on a scheduled push.
Sandbox Mode
A sandbox per platform, so an invoice run can be tested end to end before anything is filed for real.
Identification, Mentions and Status
- SIREN and SIRET fields for France, KVK and BCE for Belgium, NIP for Poland
- VAT number capture with a VIES check, for every supported country
- Fields added to registration, address forms and the back office, so B2B orders are identified as they arrive
- Mandatory mentions injected: operation category, the VAT on debits option, and the delivery address when it differs from billing
Status on every invoice
Each document carries its own state: submitted, accepted or rejected. The state is shown on the order page in the back office, and a rejection shows the reason the platform returned, so the problem can be corrected rather than guessed at.
Pricing
Regulatory rules change, and a module that falls behind them is worse than useless. The annual plan exists for merchants who would rather not track that themselves.

Questions About This Module
What is Factur-X?
Factur-X is a hybrid invoice format: a PDF/A-3 file that a person can read, with structured CII XML embedded inside it that software can parse. The module produces it on the EN16931 profile, which is the European standard the national platforms are built around.
Which countries does the module cover?
France, Belgium, Poland and Germany today, through the French approved platform, Peppol, KSeF and ZUGFeRD output. Peppol covers more countries than Belgium alone, so tell us where you invoice and we will confirm whether your route is already handled.
Do I need this if I only sell to consumers?
Mostly no. The structured e-invoicing obligations target business to business invoicing. The French e-reporting export exists for B2C and cross-border sales, so a consumer-only shop may need that part and nothing else. Ask us before buying rather than after.
Can I test before sending anything real?
Yes. Each platform has a sandbox mode, so you can run invoices through the whole path and check what the platform returns before the first real submission.
What happens when an invoice is rejected?
The order page shows the rejected status together with the reason the platform sent back. You correct the underlying data, usually a missing identifier or mention, and resubmit.
Which PrestaShop versions does it support?
Tell us the version shown in your back office and we will confirm compatibility for your setup before you buy.
Check Whether You Actually Need This
E-invoicing is a compliance product, and a wrong invoice is the merchant’s problem. Tell us which countries you invoice into, whether those customers are businesses or consumers, and what your accountant already uses. If your existing accounting software covers it, we will tell you that instead of selling you a module.
